How Can I Check The Status Of My Order?

Once you place your order you will receive a confirmation to your email and once the order is shipped you will receive a tracking number that you can use on our website. Please reach out to us on our contact page if you need any further assistance.

How Long Does Shipping Take?

Please allow up to 72 hours for your order to process and to be shipped out. Our fulfillment centers are located around the world. For domestic orders in the United States, it will normally take about 2-3 weeks. For International orders, please allow up to 4-5 weeks. 

Our prices are significantly lower than our competitors since we have relationships with our suppliers to ship directly to the customer! The downside to this is slightly longer shipping times, though we work our hardest to get your order shipped as fast as possible.

Do You Ship Internationally?

How can I track my order?

After your order has been shipped out and the tracking number has been sent to your email. Simply go to our website & click the track my order page. From there you can get live updates on your order.

Can I cancel my order after I’ve already paid?

After we’ve shipped your product out you can’t cancel your order. Once you receive it you can return it for a refund. Please view our full refund policy for more details.

Packages shipped from our US & European warehouses are shipped through USPS or national post services.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We provide free shipping to over 185 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.

What about customs?

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 1-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, we may split your order into multiple shipments. If this occurs, you’ll be notified and receive a tracking number for each shipment.

Wrong address disclaimer

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct.  We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address.  Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.

Lost/Stolen Packages

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it please report it to your respective shipping carrier.  If you have any further questions on how to do this please reach out to our customer support through our contact page.
